No Blinding Screens
They are formed by longitudinal wires, kept at the right distance by mean of an assembling weft. They are based on the principle of the elastic spring - back of single wires and on the facility with which a stretched wire can be put in oscillation with his own frequency. They are suitable for all types of screening - machine equipped with tensioning devices. Those grids are very difficult to blind, due to the limited single oscillations of wires. They are suited to improve the screening's efficiency and in case of dealing with wet or hygroscopic materials having the tendency to become obstructed or impacted.
No Blinding Screens - Advanced Sieving Technique
This type represents a further step ahead in the sieving - technique, because with these grids it is possible to eliminate almost all clogging, caused by the different vibrations and oscillations of longitudinal wires, in consequence of the difference in diameter. In case of orders it is necessary to enclose, besides the measures of the screening surface, the distances among the supporting crosspieces and the tensioning system (longitudinal or lateral).
