Ferro-Titanium climbed to ten-weeks high on Wednesday on continuing tightness in the scrap market.
Metal Bulletin has stated that you can get $9 flat for material net cash in-warehouse and prices are as high as$9.25 for low vanadium material.
Titanium turning prices stayed level on Wednesday.
